1. Background of the plan
In recent years, there have been frequent incidents of drone "black flying", posing a serious threat to the safety of related LNG receiving stations. The LNG receiving station is a first level anti-terrorism prevention target unit. According to the "Security and Anti Terrorism Prevention Requirements for Petrochemical Systems" (GA 1551.3-2019) issued by the Ministry of Public Security on March 28, 2019, it is necessary to establish an active defense system against unmanned aerial vehicles. By adopting drone detection and drone navigation deception technology, an overall low altitude defense system is established to enhance the ability of LNG receiving stations to detect, prevent, and dispose of low altitude drones, in order to ensure the safety of low altitude airspace in sensitive areas.

2. Technical solution
This plan provides 24-hour protection coverage for the central area of the LNG receiving station and important locations around the LNG receiving station through the anti drone active defense system. The radius of the protection airspace is based on the system center, with a circular area of 2km for detection and 1.5km for countermeasures. It supports distributed deployment and unlimited expansion of the protection area.
2.2 Technical Proposal
The active defense system against unmanned aerial vehicles consists of fixed passive detection equipment, fixed omnidirectional navigation deception equipment, etc. The entire system data is transmitted to the command through fiber optics and 4G communication network. The system has manual and automatic operation functions:
In automatic operation mode, passive detection devices detect and identify drone signals, and automatically suppress and deceive GNSS (navigation signals); In manual operation mode, the satellite navigation deception device can be manually selected to turn on and off through remote control by management personnel, and the deception distance, deception mode, and deception direction (Yuxing series) can be set.
